The victim and the pillion rider were hit by a car, whose occupants fled from the scene. Later, when he confronted the female student who was driving the car, she abused him.

Shocked by her behaviour, he filed a complaint with the campus security officer. Meanwhile, he received a call from the sector SI stating that a case has been registered against him by Anupama, who was driving the car.

She apparently demanded Rs 50,000 to withdraw the complaint. She subsequently posted on Instagram against his friend and also threatened that she would not leave him alone.
