Three killed in Bagalkot road accident

Two drivers and a rider were killed in a road accident in Alagur village of Bagalkot district on Saturday.

Car driver from Jambagi village Anand Badagi, goods van driver from Arabavi Bheemappa Ghantennanavar and two-wheeler rider Mahantesh Honakatti of Benakanahalli village died when their vehicles collided.

The goods van was going to Tungal from Kunchanoor, the car was going to Jamkhandi and the two-wheeler was going to Alagur village when they collided, the police said.

A case has been registered.
