Kottar police on Saturday arrested a man involved in selling banned tobacco products.
Acting on a tip-off, the police conducted a search at a shop near W.C.C. College here and arrested N. Kamalesh, 39, for keeping the banned tobacco products for sale.
The police also seized around 150 kg of tobacco products from his possession. Further investigation is under way.
