31 PG medical seats cancelled
Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) Friday released details of 31 cancelled seats for 2024 PG medical admissions after mop-up round seat allotment was published on its official website. As per the press release by KEA, these cancelled seats, along with unfilled seats from the mop-up round, will be up for grabs in the upcoming stray vacancy round.
The schedule for the stray vacancy round, set to commence on Feb 10, will be announced soon on the KEA website. Aspirants are urged to keep an eye on KEA website for updates on seat allotment and further admission procedures.
Traffic diversions on Peenya 100 Feet Road
BBMP announced traffic diversions on Peenya 100 Feet Road, starting Feb 1, due to ongoing concretisation works. Vehicular movement will be restricted between Peenya Industrial Association Junction and Jalahalli Cross Junction. Vehicles coming from TVS Cross Junction to Jalahalli Cross Junction on Peenya 100 Feet Road should take a slight right turn at Peenya Industrial Association Junction and use the other side of the road, which will have a two-way traffic system. Light vehicles will follow a temporary two-way traffic, while goods vehicles must take a detour via Peenya Police Station Road to reach Tumakuru Road.
Traffic diversions for 30 days in Shivajinagar
Bengaluru: Due to concretisation work between Main Guard Cross and Dispensary Road in Shivajinagar, vehicular movement on the stretch will be prohibited for 30 days from today. Movement of all vehicles is restricted between Safina Plaza Junction and Commercial Street from Infantry Road and Main Guard Cross Road side.
Vehicles moving towards Commercial Street from Infantry Road-Safina Plaza side should take a right turn at Infantry Road-Lady Curzon Junction, then turn left at Cubbon Road Junction, move on Kamaraja Road, and finally connect to Commercial Street.
