Attack on tourists on houseboat: three more held

The Pulinkunnu police have arrested three more persons on Thursday in connection with the attack on tourists on a houseboat at Kainakary in Kuttanad.

The arrested have been identified as Vishnu, 33, Pradeep, 32, and Sujith, 32, all three hailing from Kainakary.

According to the police, the tourists were attacked by a gang led by houseboat owner Prajith Lal and employee Aneesh on January 13. The police have so far arrested eight people in connection with the case.
