Engineering projects expo starting today at SDMCET in Dharwad

A two-day State-level exhibition of engineering projects will be organised by Agastya International Foundation in association with Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Engineering and Technology (SDMCET) in Dharwad starting Friday.

According to a press release, the event will be held at the Electrical Engineering Department of SDMCET and 35 select projects of students from various engineering colleges will be exhibited.

Secretary of SDME Society Jeevandar Kumar will inaugurate the event, while Deputy Director of Public Instruction S.S. Keladimath will be the chief guest for the closing ceremony to be held on Saturday.

Executive Director of Agastya International Foundation Sai Chandrashekhar and Assistant General Manager Dilip Kumar H.K. will also participate.

Over 500 students from rural high school will visit the exhibition to get acquainted with the latest technological developments, the release said.
