New Delhi: Samsung has launched its new Galaxy S25 series in India, which includes the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 smartphones. These devices are powered by the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Mobile Platform, offering improved performance and AI capabilities, along with enhanced camera features through the ProVisual Engine.
The series features One UI 7, Samsung’s AI-first platform, designed to deliver more personalized experiences. It enables natural interactions using text, speech, images, and videos, along with context-aware suggestions and seamless transitions between apps. The S25 series also introduces features like actionable search and the ability to perform tasks with voice commands.
To address privacy concerns, the Galaxy S25 series incorporates Samsung’s Personal Data Engine, which processes data on the device, and is secured through Knox Vault and post-quantum cryptography. The series also delivers performance boosts of up to 40%, with improved thermal management to handle intensive tasks efficiently.
The camera setup has been upgraded, featuring a 50MP ultrawide sensor and 10-bit HDR recording for better photo and video quality, even in low-light settings. Other features include Audio Eraser and Virtual Aperture for more control in photography and video creation.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is designed with titanium and Corning® Gorilla® Armor2 for durability. All models in the series come with seven years of software updates, enhancing long-term performance and sustainability.
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 series started on January 23, with prices ranging from INR 80,999 for the Galaxy S25 to INR 1,65,999 for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
