Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been quite busy shooting for her upcoming projects and attending professional events around the country. Recently, the actress was in Chennai to unveil her team’s Chennai Super Champs new jersey. The event was held at Sathyabama University, and the actress has shared several glimpses of herself from the special occasion. In the pictures, Samantha is seen wearing a translucent white short kurta-style top paired with a white bralette. She paired it with flared blue denim and stacked elegant chains.

In the following pictures, Samantha is seen holding the new yellow-and-red jersey up for the camera. It also had her name printed on the back. The actress was seen smiling brightly in the pictures. In the caption, she wrote, “POV: Guess this means I’m off the hook for smiling for the next 6 months." It was indeed a treat for her fans to see her happy on stage. One of them commented, “After long gap, that smile made my day shine, Sam."

Speaking about the team and the love of sports, Samantha Ruth Prabhu had earlier said, “Chennai has a vibe that’s unmatched—spirited, fiery, and always up for a challenge! That’s exactly what we wanted the Chennai Super Champs jersey to reflect. Pickleball is an exciting sport that brings people together for fun, competition, and fitness, and I couldn’t be more proud to see Chennai Super Champs take the lead."

Some days back, Samantha shared her strategy to deal with difficult situations in life. The actress took to Instagram to share a photo of herself writing in a journal. Samantha revealed that she frequently writes about things she is grateful for. She emphasised that it enables her to appreciate what is good in her life rather than dwelling on the negative.

Samantha was last seen in the Prime Video series Citadel: Honey Bunny. The series marked her return on screen after her long break due to health complications. The actress starred opposite Varun Dhawan in the series, which was made by Raj and DK. Samantha played Honey in the action film, and Varun Dhawan played Bunny. Moving ahead, Samantha will appear in Raj and DK’s fantasy action series, Rakt Brahmand – The Bloody Kingdom. Samantha will be featured alongside Aditya Roy Kapoor, Wamiqa Gabbi, Ali Fazal and Nikitin Dheer.
