Persistent Systems has announced its audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The results showcase a robust financial performance with significant year-on-year (YoY) and quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth across key financial metrics.

The company’s consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at USD 360.2 million, reflecting a 19.9 per cent YoY increase and a 4.3 per cent QoQ growth. In INR terms, revenue reached ₹30,622.8 million, recording a 22.6 per cent YoY rise and a 5.7 per cent QoQ growth, underscoring the company’s strong market momentum and demand for its services.

Persistent Systems reported an EBITDA of ₹5,378.4 million, with an impressive margin of 17.6 per cent, marking a 21.7 per cent YoY and 11.9 per cent QoQ growth. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹4,820.4 million, with a margin of 15.7 per cent, indicating a 23.8 per cent YoY increase and 10.9 per cent QoQ growth.

The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter reached ₹3,729.9 million, with a margin of 12.2 per cent, demonstrating the strongest growth among key financial indicators at 30.4 per cent YoY and 14.8 per cent QoQ.

The Board of Directors declared an Interim Dividend of ₹20 per share on the face value of ₹5 each for the Financial Year 2024-2025.

Sandeep Kalra, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Persistent stated, “We recorded our 19th sequential quarter of revenue growth, with 4.3% Q-o-Q and 19.9% Y-o-Y increase — highlighting the strength of our AI-led, platform-driven services strategy. We also declared an interim dividend of ₹20 per share. This quarter, we achieved several significant milestones, including winning the prestigious 2024 ISG Star of Excellence Overall Award based on the voice of the customer, demonstrating our ability to re(AI)magine their businesses.”

He added, “Reaffirming our commitment to developing innovative solutions based on our own IP, we filed 20+ patents related to SASVA™, our AI-powered software development platform. Additionally, our co-developed ContractAssIst solution, built leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, was shortlisted by Microsoft and acknowledged by its CEO, Satya Nadella, during his recent Microsoft AI Tour.”
