ESU, MSH enjoy big wins in 4th Inter Club Futsal Tournament

Imphal, January 22 2025: ESU and MSH recorded emphatic wins, while KLASA and MUFA also prevailed in Thursday's fixtures of the Col Kshetrimayum Arunkumar Memorial 4th Inter Club Futsal Tournament 2024-25 at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.

ESU bulldozed their way to a 21-6 demolition of NFA.

Md Mujahid made the most of the rout with nine goals, followed by Lamjing M who scored eight goals, with Prabin M, Pm Imtiyas and Kinthoi Panmei each adding one.

ESU's other goal came via an own goal.

For NFA, L Rahul netted four goals, and Th Naoton scored two goals.

MSH, on the other hand, cruised to an 11-2 win over SSC as H Thoungamba led the scoring with four goals, while Th Manikanta, K Zeffree and Ch Rabisankar scored two goals apiece, with Kh Nanao contributing one goal.

SSC's consolation goals were scored by Loyumba and K Soyet.

In the other match, KLASA sealed a 6-4 victory over KIYC .

Ng Bonison Singh grabbed a hat-trick, T Newton scored twice and N Dolson netted one in KLASA's triumph.

Md Tajuddin scored a double, while Md Imdaad Khan and Md Imshad Alam netted one each for KIYC.

MUFA, meanwhile, narrowly beat MIUFC 6-5 as N Sanathoi starred for the winning side, scoring four goals, with Ksh Langamba contributing two goals.

For MIUFC, Gunajit netted four goals in vain.
