J-Hope unveils new music at Louis Vuitton's Paris show with Pharrell Williams, marking his post-military comeback.

BTS’ J-Hope made a grand return to the music scene with the debut of his latest track, LV Bag, at the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2025 runway show in Paris on January 21. The song, featuring rapper Don Toliver, marked J-Hope’s first musical release since completing his military service. It was unveiled as the show’s grand finale, solidifying his presence in both the fashion and music industries.
The runway show was a landmark event for Louis Vuitton, as it marked Pharrell Williams’ first major presentation as the brand’s men’s creative director. The event boasted an impressive lineup of music, featuring tracks from Seventeen, The Weeknd, and Playboi Carti—all produced by Pharrell.

As the show concluded, Pharrell, along with his longtime collaborator Nigo, welcomed J-Hope, who was seated among a star-studded audience that included Travis Scott and Bradley Cooper. The BTS star, a global ambassador for Louis Vuitton, was spotted wearing a stylish brown bucket hat, a button-down shirt, jeans, and a Speedy bag adorned with dangling pearls—perfectly blending street style with high fashion.
LV Bag marks a significant milestone in J-Hope’s career, following his military discharge in October 2024. The track, produced by Pharrell, is his first release since Hope On the Street Vol. 1, a six-track EP that dropped in March 2024. That project included collaborations with BTS’s Jungkook, Benny Blanco, Nile Rodgers, and Le Sserafim’s Huh Yunjin.
Ahead of the track’s debut, J-Hope had teased his return to music through a YouTube video titled Beginning of a New Dream, released in December 2024. The video hinted at upcoming projects for 2025, including a cryptic message, “2025. 03.", suggesting that more music could be on the way in March.
LV Bag, which blends J-Hope’s signature sound with Don Toliver’s unique style under Pharrell’s direction, has already created a buzz among fans and the music industry alike.
