Bishnupur, January 20 2025: Under the initiative of Office of the Development Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India to enhance livelihood for women of the State, the Weavers' Service Centre, Imphal in collaboration with Unique Manipur Women Association, Oinam distributed Wooden Fly Shuttle Loom (Phisakon) at Oinam today.

The distribution ceremony held Oinam Public Hall was attended by Head of the Office Weavers, Service Centre, Imphal, Deputy Director, Priyadarshi Daripa, Social activist, Th Sarankumar, Weavers, Service Centre, Technical Superintendent, Surendra Singh, State Awardee (Lashing Phee), Oinam Shyama as presidium members.

Altogether 24 beneficiaries were distributed the Wooden Fly Shuttle Loom (Phisakon) .
