Ernakulam district panchayat constitutes working group for annual plan preparation

The draft plan papers will be prepared using the Grama Sabha-amended and approved documents, incorporating suggestions from various group-level discussions

The Ernakulam district panchayat has set up a working group to draft the annual plan for 2025-26. District panchayat president Manoj Moothedan inaugurated the group.

Fifteen groups have been formed to address various issues, comprising officials, district-level experts, and representatives of the people, said a press release here.

The draft plan papers will be prepared using the Grama Sabha-amended and approved documents, incorporating suggestions from various group-level discussions.

District panchayat vice-president Elsie George, standing committee chairpersons M. J. Jomy, K. T. Donon, Asha sanil, Sanitha Raheem, Ullas Thomas, M. S. Anilkumar, Sharada Mohan, K. V. Ravindran, Ranikutty George and secretary P. M. Shefeeq were among those present during the meeting, the release added.
