Kartik Aaryan And Alia Bhatt’s Meet-And-Greet Session At RK Film Festival Has A Raha Kapoor Connection
During a chat at a media forum, Kartik Aaryan was asked about his conversation with Alia Bhatt by a fan.
The Kapoors hosted a grand event to commemorate Raj Kapoor’s 100th birth anniversary. Among other celebrities, Kartik Aaryan had also arrived for the gala event. Videos of him interacting with Alia Bhatt surfaced online. In the latest, during a chat at a media forum, he was asked about his conversation with Alia. The actor mentioned that he was simply asking Alia when her upcoming film will be released.
During the SCREEN Live event in Mumbai, a fan asked Kartik Aaryan about his interaction with Alia. “Recently, a video of yours went viral with Alia Bhatt. In the video, you both can be seen talking something… may I know what it was?" asked the fan. Kartik had a good laugh and replied, “Yeh saree wali madam bahaut acha sawaal puchi hai, Pehle se prepare hoke aayi thi… aapko kya lagta hai kya baat ki hogi? (The lady in saree has come prepared… what do you think we spoke?)" The fan replied, “How would I know? This is exactly why I am asking this to you," leaving Kartik stunned and everyone laughing.

“I was just talking to her normally. The lift wasn’t working there… so I was telling her, ‘You should at least have fixed the lift before doing the event.’" Later he added, “Acha, kab tak will your new film be released and she was asking me about my film."
Moreover, looking at how the fan was still not convinced, Kartik said, “Arey, kaunsa jawab tumhe acha lagega mai woh batata hu… Raha ke baarein mein puch raha tha, Ranbir ke baarein mein puch raha tha… (What will convince you? I will tell you the same… I was talking about Raha, Ranbir…) I don’t like to disappoint you."
The RK Film Festival was organised by PVR INOX Limited and the Film Heritage Foundation, honouring Raj Kapoor’s enduring cinematic legacy. The three-day celebration featured screenings of Kapoor’s greatest films, including Awaara, Shree 420 and Mera Naam Joker, in select theatres across 40 locations.
Kartik Aaryan was last seen in Anees Bazmee directed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which also stars Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri in lead roles. The film features a blend of laughs and thrills, building on the franchise’s success.
