MyTVS, a leading digital platform for the automotive aftermarket sector and part of Ki Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd, has unveiled MyTVS Astra, a first-of-its-kind cloud-integrated platform, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 – The Components Show.
Positioned as a transformative AI-led digital disruptor, MyTVS Astra integrates telematics, diagnostics, infotainment, and AI-driven cloud connectivity into a unified system. The platform eliminates manual vehicle servicing intervention and is a comprehensive mobility management tool.
“We’re essentially Uberizing vehicle management,” said G Srinivasa Raghavan, managing director of Ki Mobility, which is part of TVS Mobility. “The car itself manages its service needs, integrating predictive maintenance with real-time diagnostics.”
Launched as a patented solution—the first in India and among the first globally—MyTVS Astra bridges the gap between original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket providers. Designed to be factory-fitted by OEMs or retrofitted into existing vehicles, Astra offers seamless connectivity and advanced service capabilities.
The MyTVS Astra platform also offers OEMs an opportunity to integrate and enhance dealership profitability by streamlining service operations. Unlike existing fragmented solutions that require multiple devices and software, MyTVS Astra consolidates all functionalities into a single, cohesive system. Raghavan credits the company’s success to a cross-functional leadership team with expertise from global giants like Unilever, Dell, TCS, and IBM.
Already piloting with two car manufacturers, Astra is gaining traction with EV fleets and two-wheeler OEMs. “The response has been overwhelming,” stated Raghavan.
MyTVS is transitioning from repair-based to predictive and preventive servicing, enabled by proprietary software MyTVS Fit. The platform records vehicle data to anticipate service needs and now focuses on preventive measures using advanced technology.
While MyTVS’s innovations are often described as disruptive, the company positions itself as a collaborator rather than a disruptor. “In developed countries, consolidation has already taken place. In India, the ecosystem remains fragmented. Instead of acquiring garages or retailers, we empower them through our platform, fostering growth, visibility, and transparency,” said R Dinesh, Director of TVS Mobility Group.
This collaboration ensures existing players benefit from advanced technology while thriving in a unified system connecting manufacturers, parts suppliers, and service providers, he added.
In just four years, MyTVS has digitally connected 12 million vehicle owners—20% of India’s vehicle population—to its network, delivering convenience, quality, standardized service, and genuine parts.
The company operates 1,200 service centres and plans to launch one centre daily to reach 2,500 centres within 18 months, strengthening its position as India’s largest independent multi-brand network.
