'Chicago Fire' Actor Helps Detain Suspected LA Arsonist

A suspected arsonist was wrestled to the ground by angry neighbors. It could have ended in violence without "Chicago Fire" actor Brian J. White. He ran outside to find a tense situation as the 39-year-old suspect struggled with neighbors. He says he used de-escalation training he received when he was researching his role on '"The Shield." The suspect was not charged with arson but was handed over to immigration authorities.
