Prayagraj: Praising the "excellent arrangements" by state govt at Sangam during Maha Kumbh , former MP Sadhvi Uma Bharti on Tuesday termed it the most unique moment of her life. She wrote on her X handle, "Just as Arjun saw the universal form of Lord Shri Krishna, I saw the mammoth form of devotees taking a holy dip at the Sangam."
On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, the first ‘Amrit Snan', crores of devotees including seers, sadhus and kapwasis took the holy dip in Sangam.
Bharti described the huge crowd assembled on the banks of Ganga in Maha Kumbh as a wonderful spiritual experience and said, "It was as if Narayan (Lord Vishnu) was taking a dip at the Sangam in the form of crores of men and women." The former MP praised the management of Yogi Adityanath govt and said, "Administration and police of vigilant and cautious Yogi ji's govt are engaged in serving everyone and with humility."
Praising the arrangements made for devotees, she congratulated the chief minister, his colleagues, the administration and police, saying Maha Kumbh had not only given out message of spirituality, the commitment of Yogi govt in making it a success was also clearly visible.
