Vadodara: The anti-corruption bureau (ACB) caught a computer operator in the mamlatdar's office in Savli allegedly accepting a Rs 6,000 bribe. The accused, Rajendrasinh Parmar, who works in the e-Dhara centre, demanded money to register the sale deed of a citizen.
The complainant did not want to pay the bribe and approached Vadodara ACB (rural) and filed a complaint. The ACB set a trap on Tuesday when Parmar was to receive the money. When Parmar allegedly accepted the money near his office, the ACB sleuths nabbed him.
