Leading global specialty chemicals innovator Perstorp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysia’s PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), announced Perstorp Holding AB has acquired 100 percent of the shares of OQ Chemicals Nederland B.V. from OQ Chemicals GmbH.
