Kanpur: A man allegedly struck his neighbour on the nose causing bleeding under limits of Kalyanpur police station due to ongoing dispute with him.
The incident, captured on video, gained significant attention across social media platforms.
The dispute originated on Monday when Anjani Kumar Tiwari, who lives in Barasirohi, confronted his neighbour Kishori Lal regarding the issue of vehicle parking. The situation escalated when Kishori Lal allegedly struck Anjani on the nose, causing bleeding.
Following the incident, the police got a medical examination conducted based on Anjani's complaint and registered a case against the accused.
Subsequently, on Tuesday, the aggrieved resident displayed a "House for Sale" notice on his property in response to the neighbour's behaviour. The footage of this action has since circulated widely on various social media channels.
Commissionerate police, through its official handle 'X', stated that based on the complaint, a case was booked against the offender. "Further action will be taken on the basis of evidence and necessary findings", the police said.
