Itanagar: A five-day management programme for mid-level govt officers from Arunachal got underway at the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Policy Research and Analysis in Shillong on Monday. The programme, which will run till Dec 20, aims to train 30 govt officers, reports Manosh Das.
