LUCKNOW: Wanted shooter, Sonu Matka from the Hashim Baba gang was killed in an encounter with a joint team of the UP Police's Special Task Force and Delhi Police's Special Cell in Meerut on Saturday morning.
Carrying a bounty of Rs 50,000 on his head, Matka was wanted by the Delhi Police in connection with a double murder case.
He also had half a dozen cases of robbery and murder registered against him in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
