Patna: The Patna University (PU) on Saturday announced the revised schedule for all postgraduate semester III examinations which were earlier postponed due to the strike by the university employees.
According to a notification issued by PU, the examinations of PG III semester (regular courses) of 2023-25 session would commence on December 18 and end on January13. No examination would be held during the Christmas holidays.
Similarly, the revised examinations of 3rd semester M Ed, M Sc biochemistry, MBA, LLM and all PG self-financing courses will also commence on December 18 and end in the second week of January.
It may be recalled that all these examinations were earlier scheduled from December 6 and also conducted at some examination centres by breaking the locks of the college gates, but they were postponed due to the stiff resistance by the striking employees. The employees called off their strike on Friday following the chancellor's intervention.
