Gandhinagar: As the state govt completes two years on Thursday under the leadership of CM Bhupendra Patel, a number of programmes with focus on ‘GYAN' — Garib (poor), Yuva (youth), Annadata (farmers) and Nari Shakti (women), have been planned across Gujarat. This is Patel's second term as the CM.
Patel and state cabinet ministers will participate in a series of programmes aligned with the ‘GYAN' initiative to commemorate the beginning of the third year of the current state govt, an official statement said.
Patel will inaugurate ‘Shramik Suvidha Kendra' in Naroda. Built by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation on a 300 sq m area, it is part of govt's ‘Garib Utthan' programme.
Later, the CM will present appointment letters to 580 individuals chosen for various departments of the state govt during a function at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar.
