Chhapra: In a drive against illicit liquor trade and traffic rules violation, police on Monday night raided several places and arrested 28 people and collected a fine of Rs 1.20 lakh from 54 vehicles who violated traffic rules. Saran SP Kumar Ashish said police arrested 28 people who were involved in various crimes like illicit liquor's sale and manufacturing, attempt to murder, theft, violation of IT Act, Arms Act, and POCSO Act. During the raid, police seized 32 litres of country-made liquor, 110 litres of IMFL and six motorcycles.
