Gorakhpur: Nobel laureate and renowned social reformer Kailash Satyarthi called for the globalization of compassion, emphasizing it as a divine force essential for human consciousness and wisdom. Addressing the concluding ceremony of the 92nd foundation week of Maharana Pratap Shiksha Parishad (MPSP), Satyarthi highlighted the need to empathize with others' pain and take action to alleviate it.
Praising CM Yogi Adityanath, Satyarthi lauded his humanitarian efforts, particularly during the pandemic. "CM Yogi is working with full dedication for the upliftment of humanity," he said.
Expressing concern over a divided world, Satyarthi noted that 2 billion people live under conflict or violence, with 46 crore children affected. He stressed bridging the gap between victims and problem-solvers through moral and spiritual responsibility. Satyarthi advocated for redirecting war expenditures towards global education and healthcare.
Recalling his first meeting with Yogi Adityanath 25 years ago, he admired Yogi's swift action against child labor. "Who wouldn't be drawn to such a leader?" he remarked.
Satyarthi concluded by urging collective growth through inclusive knowledge, echoing India's ancient wisdom of unity and compassion.
