Tourists Accused of Damaging Things

These tourists were accused of damaging landmarks. In August of 2024, two men were accused of destroying an ancient rock formation inside the Lake Mead National Recreation Area outside Las Vegas. In June of 2023, a tourist was scolded for reportedly etching on the walls of the Colosseum in Rome. In 2016, Crater Lake was vandalized by a graffiti artist from New York City.
