The subscription has been led by strong participation across all investor categories, with the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category leading the pack at 450.84 times, followed by the retail category at 133.00 times, and the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment at 93.84 times.

About Nisus Finance Services

Founded in 2013, Nisus Finance Services Co Limited offers financial services such as Transaction Advisory Services, Fund and Asset Management, Private Equity and Venture Debt and Capital Solutions to Corporate Clients.

Nisus Finance Services has two business segments:

1. Transaction Advisory Services: assist and support the partners in transactions such as outright sales, joint ventures, joint development, capital structuring etc. The company helps businesses connect with private equity funds, risk capital providers, and financial institutions to support their growth. The company also offer advice on corporate real estate matters, helping to structure and finalize transactions efficiently.

2. Fund and Asset Management: includes providing growth capital, project financing, or special situation funding to developers, and asset management for Alternative Investment Funds focused on the real estate and infrastructure sector. As of date, we manage four schemes under the subsidiaries, step-down subsidiaries, and associate companies through SEBI, IFSC, and DIFC-registered AIFs, which include:

The company's main sources of revenue are fund management fees earned by the fund manager/advisor entities for managing AIF fund pools.

Assets Under Management (AUM): Approximately Rs 1,000 crore (FY2024) across real estate and urban infrastructure.
