Weather expected to change in Uttarakhand on December 9

The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain across the state on December 8 and 9 and snowfall in areas above 2500 meters. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature of the state is likely to go down rapidly due to rain and snowfall. In such a situation, the cold is going to increase rapidly in Uttarakhand. According to the Meteorological Department, cold winds are also likely to blow rapidly in Uttarakhand.

Due to no rain in the state in October-November, the temperature is running above normal. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature in Dehradun was recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, four degrees Celsius above normal. In such a situation, after the temperature being above normal in October-November, the temperature is likely to fall rapidly in the second week of December. With the fall in temperature, the cold will increase rapidly. Meteorologist of Dehradun Meteorological Center says that the effect of western disturbance has been forecast in the state on 8th and 9th December. Due to this, there are chances of light rain across the state and snowfall in areas above 2500 meters. After this, the cold will intensify due to a drop of two to four degrees in temperature in the next three to four days.
