Rajkot: A screening of Pushpa-2 at a multiplex in Jamnagar was disrupted by technical glitches on Thursday morning, leading to pandemonium and prompting the management to call the police for assistance to prevent further escalation.
According to police sources, frustrated viewers damaged promotional materials such as banners and posters in protest of the disruptions. Jamnagar City A Division police arrived at the scene and calmed the irate viewers.
The issues with the screening resulted in multiple interruptions, affecting the viewing experience. Eventually, the show was cancelled, and the multiplex management issued full refunds to all ticket holders.
