Mangaluru: Puttur Town police arrested a person who allegedly caused damage to the premises of the Nagarakatte in Nellikkatte of Puttur Kasaba village, and an attempt to steal the offering box. The accused is Mohammed Salam,34, from Puttur, a habitual offender.
Police said that the incident took place on the night of Dec 4. A case was registered, and an investigation is going on. The accused was immediately arrested and produced before the court, which remanded him in judicial custody.
