Shillong: Meghalaya assembly speaker Thomas A Sangma , who chaired a meeting of a high-power committee (HPC) Wednesday to review the progress of the new assembly building construction at Mawdiangdiang, said it is expected to be inaugurated before the autumn session next year, reports Manosh Das.
