Practising yoga can strengthen muscles, stress experts during the 20th national seminar on the ‘Effect of yoga and naturopathy on muscles', organised at the Vishwakarma auditorium in LU's second campus under the joint aegis of the Naturopathy and Yoga Teachers and Physician Association.
