Compared to Friday's minimum temperature of 18.1 degrees celsius, Saturday saw a 1.9-degree dip.
The maximum temperature also declined by 1.5 degrees, from 29.8 degrees celsius on Friday to 28.3 degrees celsius on Saturday. This was 3 degrees below the normal maximum temperature.
According to the India meteorological department (IMD), Sunday's minimum temperature is expected to hover around 17 degrees celsius. The forecast predicts a slight increase of 2-3 degrees over the subsequent four days.
In the state, Naliya recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 13 degrees celsius and the highest maximum temperature of 31.4 degrees celsius, resulting in a significant 19.6-degree temperature difference between day and night.
