Ahmedabad: Dr Rajendra Singh, a Magsaysay Award winner known as the ‘Waterman of India' for his work in water conservation and management in Rajasthan, has been appointed as Professor of Practice at Anant National University. At the university, he will mentor students through real-world, on-ground projects that foster community engagement and problem-solving skills. He will chair the Centre for Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices.
