Chappra: Saran DM Aman Samir on Wednesday handed over three children—two girls and a boy—to equal number of couples for adoption after completion of necessary formalities. A district administration official said the couple had applied for adoption of the children through the web portal and after completion of necessary formalities they were handed over to the three couples.
