Kanpur: Divyanshu Pradhan's splendid innings of 124 propelled YMCC to a victory of 164 runs against Kanpur Sporting Union, securing their place in the final of Dinesh Kumar Shukla memorial cricket tournament played at the RPCA ground Shyam Nagar on Tuesday.
YMCC, batting first, scored an impressive total of 6 for 263 in 35 overs. Divyanshu Pradhan and Utkarsh Tiwari were the principal scorers, contributing 124 and 70 runs respectively. Kanpur Sporting Union's innings crumbled at a mere 99 runs, with Saharsh Dwivedi scoring 22 runs. Tanveer Ahmad, Rahul Pal, Harshit Joshi and Aman Tiwari claimed 2 wickets each.
