Ireland election: Will the next government deliver on wind power?

Ireland's political parties have all made wind power a critical focal point for meeting energy security and climate goals ahead of its general election this week. However, trade association Wind Energy Ireland has published its own manifesto, urging focus on building a "21st century" electricity grid, fixing the "broken" renewables permitting system and boosting floating wind.
