Rajasthan Royals (RR) Squad IPL 2025: Full list of players bought and retained

IPL Auction 2025: Rajasthan Royals (RR) secured a winning bid of ₹1.5 crore for South African pacer Kwena Maphaka during the second day of Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auction in Jeddah on Monday. Maphaka, the highest wicket-taker in ICC U19 WC 2024 with 21 scalps in six matches, played two matches for Mumbai Indians (MI) last year, conceding 89 runs and taking just one wicket.

Bihar's Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the youngest-ever player to be signed by an IPL franchise at 13 years of age, as Rajasthan Royals secured the winning bid for ₹1.10 crore. His base price was Rs. 30 lakh, with Delhi Capitals making the opening bid. RR entered the fray at ₹35 lakh and eventually got the better of DC to get the player on board.
