These bypolls, triggered by MLAs vacating seats after Lok Sabha victories, are a litmus test for BJP and Congress ahead of the state elections.
The trends reveal that the BJP is leading in Jhunjhunu, Ramgarh, Deoli-Uniara and Khiswar.

Assembly Election Results

INC is ahead in Dausa, and the BAP in Saluamber and Chorasi.
In Dausa, BJP’s Jagmohan Meena faces a tough fight against Congress-backed Rajendra Meena, while in Khinvsar, Kanika Beniwal of RLP is battling to retain her party’s relevance. The Deoli-Uniara seat has also seen heightened attention after independent candidate Naresh Meena’s clash with an SDM led to violence during polling.
BJP state chief Madan Rathore expressed confidence in sweeping the bypolls, accusing Congress of infighting and lack of direction. Meanwhile, Congress chief Govind Singh Dotasra claimed his party would outperform BJP, emphasizing voter dissatisfaction with the BJP government’s performance over the last 11 months.
