This is further to our notice no. 20241011-30 dated October 11, 2024 wherein it was informed about the Interim ex-parte order dated October 11, 2024 passed by SEBI, inter-alia, directing the following:

a) A detailed examination shall be made by SEBI in the matter

b) BSE not to proceed with the listing of shares of the Company.

c) The investigation shall be completed within 30 days from the date of the Order.

Subsequently, SEBI and BSE have been receiving regular complaints/ representations from investors of the said IPO including seeking status of the investigation.

In this regard, SEBI has informed that the investigation initiated in the matter has concluded and in compliance with the principles of natural justice, Trafiksol has now been provided with an opportunity to respond to the findings of the Investigation. Final directions, if any, will be issued on the completion the aforesaid proceedings which will be made available on the SEBI website.

Investors are requested to take note of the above.
