A 23-year-old student from Hyderabad, Palvai Aryan Reddy, was found dead in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 13th, from a gunshot wound. While Reddy possessed a licensed hunting gun, it remains unclear whether his death was accidental. His family in India was notified by friends, and his body is expected to arrive in Hyderabad on Friday.
HYDERABAD: A student from Hyderabad pursuing an MS in the US died in suspicious circumstances in Atlanta, Georgia.
The student, 23-year-old Palvai Aryan Reddy, died when a bullet pierced through his body on November 13. It is, however, not clear if it was a result of accidental misfiring.
Aryan Reddy reportedly had a hunting gun with a licence.
The family, which hails from Yadadri Bhuvanagiri and lives at Dharmapuri Colony in Uppal, was informed about the death of Aryan Reddy by his friends.
Aryan Reddy went to the US in December 2023 and was a student at Kansas State University, Atlanta.
The body of Aryan Reddy is expected to reach Hyderabad on Friday.
