PATNA: A massive fire broke out allegedly due to a short circuit at a jewellery shop in Patna district's Bihta police station area late on Thursday night. The fire also spread to two nearby jewellery and cosmetic stores. Upon receiving information, local police and fire brigade arrived at the scene and controlled the fire after 40 minutes. The estimated loss from all three shops is around Rs 20 lakh.
