Hisar: Former minister Dr Kamal Gupta on Thursday said that 44 objections on the licence application of Maharaja Agrasen Airport have been removed by the department, and now the process of issuing a license will be completed in a few days. “Flights from Hisar to Ayodhya, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Jammu will start as soon as the license is issued. Time has been sought from the Prime Minister for the foundation stone laying of the passenger terminal. There is every possibility of flights starting from Dec,” he said. D r Gupta informed that an amount of Rs 503 crore has been spent on the second phase work, including the construction of a runway.
