Why it is so hard to find native Homekit supported smart devices?

So i was looking for apple homekit supported smart lights and all I find is only philips hue, nothing else.
 
what i did was buy a few light from aliexpress then did this ,works like certified homekit lights as in iphone to lights direct with home app
