Chief minister Bhupendra Patel on Sunday laid the foundation stones of 184 development projects worth Rs 246.31 crore in the Dhandhuka assembly constituency. Speaking at the function, Patel said that the development projects will enhance infrastructure facilities in and around Dhandhuka. He added that development projects worth Rs 1,000 crore are presently underway in the Bhal region of the state.
He also visited RMS Hospital in Dhandhuka and held a meeting with the trustees. Additionally, he inaugurated the Zaverchand Meghani Museum in Dhandhuka.
Philately exhibition in Gandhinagar
The Gandhinagar division of the department of posts will organise "PhilaVista-2024," a philately exhibition at Dandi Kutir beside the Mahatma Mandir on Nov 19 and 20. The two-day event is aimed at encouraging the study and collection of postage stamps, postal history, and other philatelic products. The exhibition will feature a range of philatelic items, including rare and valuable stamps, which will be available for purchase at the venue.
