The International Cooperative Alliance Asia-Pacific (ICA-AP) will hold its 17th Regional Assembly and elect a new Regional Board in Sri Lanka from November 24 to 28, 2025.
The decision follows the last Regional Assembly held in November 2023 in Manila, Philippines, where ICA-AP signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Council of Cooperatives in Sri Lanka (NCCSL) to host the 2025 assembly and associated events.
The gathering in 2025 will also serve as the conclusion of various initiatives led by the ICA-AP Regional Office in celebration of the UN International Year of Cooperatives, highlighting achievements and setting new goals for cooperative development in the Asia-Pacific region.
