The Economic Times Future Forward Singapore 2024 conference officially commenced today, marking a significant event in the realm of work innovation and connectivity. Held in Voco Hotel, Singapore, the conference brings together industry leaders, HR professionals, and decision-makers from across the Philippines and beyond, with a focus on creating connected workplaces in the age of AI and hybrid work models.

Taj set the stage for the conference with an engaging audience activity aimed at exploring current challenges and strategies related to workplace connectivity. She posed thought-provoking questions to the attendees, such as how to effectively connect dispersed teams in a world dominated by hybrid work models, and what best practices can prevent communication breakdowns while ensuring collaboration and productivity.
