4K OTT bundle/dongle for Samsung TV

Got a Samsung Smart TV recently and have JioTV plan ( bundled with fiber net), but can't find JioTV+ app in Samsung store, and the hdmi output via STB feels 720p/1080p at best. Does JioTV support Samsung OS, and if not what's a good OTT bundle ? I primarily need 4k support for movie channels and news channels, Tata Play Binge is advertising heavily, however there's conflicting info regarding if their STB box is needed or not for 4k.

Airtel Xstream Fiber might be an good option as it can output 4k media by hdmi to your tv. However, if you are an enthusiast buy Nvidia Shield Pro. If you are a real enthusiast, get Kalaidescape Seratto player, MadVR, paired with a good 16-32+ channel processor like Trinnov or JBL Synthesis etc you will be in good place to enjoy. Enjoy.

I think, jio tv aka jio cinema should be available on Android tv like Nvidia Shield Pro etc. Enjoy.

Most economical solution for you is FireStick!
 
If you can spend a little more, get Google TV with Chromecast. OS is much better than Firestick and its smooth and lag free as F.
 
Best cost effective solution: Jio 4k set top box with Ott apps, since it's jio product you are looking for, just get into jio ecosystem. You are welcome.

We have a set-top box, but it's outputting 1080p over HDMI, even though our plan's 4k supported.
