Catalyst Public Relations, a PR agency based in Chennai, has won the National Award for Public Relations from the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), one of the country’s foremost public relations organizations.
PRCI recently conducted its 14th award ceremony and national conference in Mangalore, Karnataka, on November 9, 2024. During this event, awards were presented to organizations excelling in the field of public relations at the national level.
In this context, Catalyst Public Relations Private Limited from Chennai was awarded the Bronze Medal in the Digital Publishing category. This award recognizes the agency’s efforts in publishing 100 blogs related to public relations on its social media handles, reaching over 100,000 people and raising awareness about the field.
P. Amarnath, Head of the Client Service Division at Catalyst PR, received the award from P. Krishna Bhat, a retired Judge of the Karnataka High Court.
The event was attended by several notable figures, including M. B. Jayaram, Founder of the PRCI, Geetha Shankar, President, and Dr. Mamatha Lala from K. P. Bhabha Hospital, Mumbai.
PRCI had invited applications for awards in more than 50 categories, receiving over 500 nominations. Only a few companies were selected for these awards, and Catalyst PR was one of them.
PRCI has been operating successfully in India for the past 20 years, with 38 branches and over 5,000 members across the country.
